Percy Pig was super excited/pumped/thrilled for his big trip/journey/adventure. He packed his little red suitcase/rucksack/bag with his favorite snacks/some yummy treats/lots of goodies and a big, fluffy teddy bear/favorite blanket/cozy pillow. Percy's grandma/mom/aunt gave him a big hug/kiss/high five and said, "Enjoy yourself!".

Percy hopped on the bus/train/plane and waved goodbye/see you later/farewell to his family/friends/loved ones. On his adventure, he met a silly monkey/friendly dragon/talking cat who helped him find a hidden treasure/solve a mystery/reach the top of a mountain. Percy had so much fun/joy/happiness on his big adventure/trip/journey and couldn't wait to tell everyone about it when he got home/back.

Wilbur's Wonderful Dream

One bright sunny day, Wilbur the bunny had a most unusual dream. He dreamt he was flying through the sky, soaring past trees that seemed to stretch up into the heavens. In his dream, Wilbur could smell everything so clearly. He felt elated as he floated through the air, a big laugh on his features.

Suddenly, Wilbur saw a field filled with the most tempting clover he had ever seen. He dove down to snatch a few, but when he woke up, all that was left was his blanket and the lingering smell of lettuce. Wilbur sighed, wishing he could go back to his dream.

Penelope's Piggy Party

Penelope was so excited for her celebration. She adoried piggies and wanted to arrange a fantastic party just for them. Penelope invited all of her friends to come and have a blast.

There were/They had so many things to do. The piggies could romp in a big muddy pit. They could also participate in a hay maze. And of course, there was lots and lots of yummy treats for all the piggies to devour.

Hammy Finds a Friend

Hammy the hamster was feeling down. He resided in a big cage all by himself. Every day, he hopped on his wheel and ate up his seeds, but it wasn't the same without a friend to share it with. One gorgeous morning, Hammy heard a new noise coming from outside his cage. He squinted out and saw a fluffy little rabbit hopping around. Hammy felt his heart leap. Could this be the friend he'd been waiting for?

• Maybe that the rabbit wanted to be friends too?

Hammy moved his nose excitedly. He longed that the rabbit would come closer.

Snarls and Chortles

When tiny tots start laughing, it's just the purest joy. Their eyes sparkle, their little squish in amusement and sometimes, they even let out a snort.

It's hilarious. They don't care who's around, they just let it all out and it's infectious to watch.

Maybe we should all take a read more lesson from them. Embrace the simple pleasures. After all, life is too short not to have a good time.

Betty's Blanket Fort

It all started after a rainy day. Betty wanted to have some fun she asked her parents to help her build a big blanket fort. They used chairs, blankets, and clothes to create an enormous structure in the bedroom.

Inside/Within/Underneath the fort, they had a tea party with cookies.

They even told stories to make it more fun. The blanket fort was the best fort ever that they didn't want to come out until dinner.
